The largest package we can accept is one with a combined length + width + height of up to 108 inches. The maximum weight per package is 50 pounds. If your shipment is bigger than either of these limits, you’ll need to split it into multiple boxes.

A quick note about overweight boxes:

If a package is shipped over 50 lbs, the carrier will add an oversized/overweight fee after the fact. Since that fee gets billed directly to us, we’ll need to pass that charge along to you before you can purchase another label. We definitely want to help you avoid surprise fees, so sticking to the 50 lb limit is the best way to go!
